South Tyrol is the home of all ski lovers: just outside the hotel door you will find more than 60 km of perfectly groomed cross country trails. Antholz Anterselva valley is well-known to all cross-country skiers!

If you prefer Nordic walking or snow shoes, there is no problem: to discover our beautiful valley and the Dolomites you do not  necessarily need to ski!

Dolomiti Superski is the best skiing area you could wish for: Plan de Corones Kronplatz (2.275 high) is well connected by ski bus that stops right in front of our hotel. The ski lifts in Olang and Bruneck can be reached in just 20 minutes. On Kronplatz Plan de Corones you won’t only find exciting slopes but also Messner Mountain Museum Corones, opened in 2015 and dedicated to traditional alpinism.

Do you know biathlon? It’s a sport that combines cross-country skiing and rifle target shooting. The famous Biathlon Arena Alto Adige Südtirol in Antholz is only 500 meters away from Sporthotel Wildgall: take part to the winter Biathlon World Cup competitions organized every year in Antholz!

Do not forget the romantic Lake Anterselva, completely frozen in winter: it is only 10 minutes walk from our hotel. Discover the third largest alpine lake in South Tyrol and walk around it in peace by discovering its magical scenery!
